Reiki Master & Integrated Energy Therapist

Robbin Withington RMT, LLC is a Reiki Master and an Integrated Energy Therapist (IET). Before starting her own practice, Robbin worked as a volunteer since 2004 in the Yale New Haven Hospital Gynecologic Oncology Chemotherapy Clinic, which is now located in the Smilow Cancer Center. At Yale, Robbin worked one-on-one with women while they were receiving chemotherapy treatment for a diagnosis of a gynecological cancer (i.e. ovarian, uterine, cervical) or breast cancer. Robbin continues to volunteer at Yale and is passionate about working with individuals and families living with cancer.

Robbin’s former life was spent in Corporate America by day and acting in Community Theatre by night. As a Telecommunications Manager at AT&T spending her days in meetings and on conference calls, she discovered the vast rewards of volunteering and working with women who are living with cancer. As the years passed, Robbin was being ‘called’ to do more of this healing work—both on stage and off. In May of 2008, she retired from AT&T to pursue her acting professionally in New York and to continue her energy work with those who needed a collaborator on their path to healing. Robbin began spending more time volunteering at Yale and making home visits to clients.

In May of 2010, Robbin opened her private practice at Health Options. Robbin’s therapy sessions are custom-tailored to her clients’ individual needs. Starting with a conversation, a collaboration begins in working toward a treatment plan to meet the client’s goals. These goals can be as varied as the unique needs of living with a cancer diagnosis or healthy clients who want to address physical, emotional or psychological issues.

In the calm, healing environment of her office at Health Options and through the energy healing of Reiki and IET, Robbin journeys with her clients on the path to wholeness.
