Psychotherapist and The Transformation Group Facilitator

My name is Ted Fletcher. I am facilitating the Transformation Group, a fifteen week new type of group, not therapy, designed to actually help the participant experience personal transformation. I also offer progressive traditional individual psychotherapy which I complement with E.F.T. and other healing energy modalities.

The group enables the participant to recognize and to put into practice the unconditional love that different sources see as our true nature. Unconditional love, as many of us know, is powerful, reconciling, healing, inspiring, just unlimited in what it accomplishes.

The group is in two parts: study to recognize our true nature and practice to live it. The participant with others is guided to simply internalize this love, integrate it into everyday life and express it naturally towards oneself and towards others every day. Thus, the participant starts to like oneself better. Each aspect of one’s life starts to improve: relationships, work, parenting, health. One can start to feel fulfilled, to feel transformed.

Each group meeting is one hour and three quarters. The group alternates: a study week then a practice week for fifteen weeks.

I relate to true nature in individual psychotherapy, as well.

I received the M.S.W. from Southern Connecticut State University in 1981, the L.C.S.W. licensure in 1997. I have been in private practice since 1999. I studied E.F.T. and other healing energy work with Henry Grayson, Ph.D. and Matrix Energetics, a transformative energy methodology grounded in Quantum Physics with Richard Bartlett, D.C., N.P.

My research has been focused on true nature and on facilitating one’s utilization of this unconditional love for true personal transformation.
